BUILD PHASE
Your custom program goes live. Nutrition targets set. Weekly check-ins begin. Every session logged.

Week 7–10
INTENSITY PHASE
Volume and intensity increase. Nutrition periodised. This is typically where the most significant changes become visible.

PEAK & REVIEW
Final push. Full re-assessment. Progress review. A clear plan for what comes next. Most clients continue month-to-month.

Before we build your program, we analyse your body. Posture, movement, body composition — assessed remotely before day one. You receive a full written report. The kind of assessment a sports physio charges $300 for. Included in your program.

Plumb line analysis front, side and back. Head, shoulder, hip and spine deviations measured.

Squat & Movement Screen
Overhead squat, single leg squat and movement screen. Identifies overactive and underactive muscle groups.

Body fat %, BMI, BMR and waist-to-hip ratio. Tracked at every re-assessment.

A gym gives the best results, but programs can be adapted to home setups with equipment. We talk through your situation during the application.

The programming and expertise are the same. You film your sessions, I review form and adjust weekly. Because everything is tracked, accountability is often higher than in-person.
