Stand taller. Move better.
Corrective exercise coaching in Potts Point for desk-bound bodies — building the strength and mobility that support better posture.
Apply for coachingPosture is trained, not fixed overnight
Years at a desk leave a mark — rounded shoulders, a stiff back, a body that feels tight by the end of the day. Posture isn't something you sort out by reminding yourself to sit up straight. It's the product of which muscles are working, which have switched off, and how well your body moves. All of which can be trained.
At FULLFORM I coach clients in Potts Point and Sydney's Eastern Suburbs using a corrective, assessment-led approach. Every client starts with a full postural and movement assessment, so the program targets where you're actually restricted rather than guessing. From there it's structured strength and mobility work — strengthening what's underworking, mobilising what's tight, and rebuilding how you move under load.
This isn't ten minutes of stretching and hoping. It's coached, progressed, and tracked over time, so the changes hold — at your desk, in the gym, and everywhere else.
Where I fit — and where I don't
I'm a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist through The BioMechanics Method, not a physiotherapist. I coach movement, strength and mobility — I work alongside your physio or health professional, not instead of them. If you're currently in pain or managing an injury, I'll ask for clearance from your health professional before we start training.
Stronger posture. Freer movement.

Assess first, then build
Postural & movement assessment
A proper look at how you stand, sit and move — where you're restricted, where you're compensating, and what's underworking. Everything is built from what we find.
Corrective strength work
Waking up and strengthening the muscles that hold you upright — mid-back, glutes, deep core — so good posture becomes your default rather than an effort.
Mobility that lasts
Targeted work to free tight hips, shoulders and spine — paired with strength so the range you gain is range you can actually control and keep.
Progressed and tracked
Reassessed over time so we can see what's changing. Corrective work only holds if it progresses — otherwise you drift back to where you started.
