Lifting more, moving better, and feeling great — with training that finally had structure.
The transformation
The story
Where Jake started
Jake works long weeks — 50 to 60 hours — and trains three to five times a week. He'd been doing a lot of classes but had never had formal weight training, so he came to me for structure. He wanted to stop guessing and start training with a plan.
Building confidence in the basics
Before, training was a bit of a guessing game — he always felt like he might be doing something slightly wrong. We fixed that: giving him the foundations to feel confident in his form and posture, so he wasn't risking injury and was training effectively every session.
The work
With proper structure, the results came: Jake's lifting more weight, his form is far better, and his shirts are fitting tighter. He knows his technique is right for the exercises he's doing — which changes everything about how training feels.
Where he is now
Jake gets compliments on how he's looking these days, and he just feels great about himself. That confidence — knowing what he's doing and doing it well — is the number one thing he's taken from the training.
In his own words
His story, in his own voice
"My form's so much better, my shirts are fitting tighter, and I just feel great about myself."
